Very pushy sales tactics. First visit they ordered contact lenses for me without asking, then called me incessantly to come in and pay for them. Second visit they stalled me for over half an hour to try and sell me glasses.
I'm going to a different office next time, which is unfortunate considering that the optometrist himself is a good one.
