“The word ‘sanguine’ means cheerful, happy and optimistic,” explains Frank Tran, owner and yoga practitioner at Sanguine Yoga. “I think that these qualities are reflective of yoga and how you feel when it becomes part of your life. This is why I gave the studio this name.”
The studio offers hot as well as warm yoga in Hatha and Vinyasa disciplines, including prenatal yoga classes and teacher training in the ancient technique. “I love seeing the difference in people’s lives after they’ve been coming for a while,” says Frank. "People are healthier, happier and more positive.”
Hot yoga truly sizzles when you practice it at this little studio in Sunridge. Sanguine Yoga offers beginner classes for those just getting started, as well as advanced classes. For parched practitioners, cold water is always close at hand.
