I bought a escort cord from these people and I used it once in the 3 months I had it plugged in and it failed. Went back for warranty and the clown behind the counter started making me mad. Manager got involved talk Mohawk doesn’t understand when I tell him what he is going to do he never did. Such a terrible shop. Starts acting like he’s in charge telling me he won’t help me cause I’m bringing up lawyers and being threatening. For real this shop needs to fire and rehire all staff.
