Edmonton’s only vegan food truck, Sailin’ On has made waves in the city for their crazy, delicious, vegan coconut bac’n. Try the famous BLT wrap with vegan mayo, coconut bac’n, lettuce, tomato and carrots (you can also get it with a gluten-free wrap). Also available is the chili lime tofu burrito; a wrap stuffed with refried beans, rice, vegan cheddar, chili lime tofu, cilantro and salsa verde. They also have amazing fries.

One thing about Sailin’ On that separates it from all of the other food trucks in Edmonton is that it is the only vegan food truck! A lot of the times when you go to festivals (or any kind of event for that matter), there’s a lack of options for people who are vegan inclined. This food truck has epic vegan eats! Try the BLT wrap filled with their delicious house made coconut bacon, a Reuben sandwich, "The Irish" curry chips or their incredible beer battered "fish" tacos.
