Zero stars. Unethical. I was quoted $99 from their shop to my house, plus $10 truck fee. The tech as at my 8:05 this how close I live.
The tech was in his truck writing his invoice by 9:25. I went out to confirm when I found out he billed me for 2 hrs plus $20 replacement part. I complained and was told I am responsible for getting the truck back to their shop. Outrageous. I was expecting to be charged for 1.5 hrs. The lack of principle. So much for supporting local business.

We built a new house and had LPH do our plumbing. Wow what a mistake!! Our rough in failed from the county because there were too many mistakes, when we first turned on the water before drywall was put on - there was water coming out of everywhere! We've had more than 10 leaks in our new home. Today our basement has sewage
in it because the pipe heading to the sewer is leaking. We called and they won't come and fix it. He said quote "it's your house you deal with it". Really? Wow! I'm sure you don't want to do business with a company like that. I have pictures to prove all leaks along the way! Please do not give them your business! This is our brand new home and we have problems like its an old home :(
