They are not even located out of medicine hat. I have not recieved a call back with claims or anyone else they keep transfering me too. The movers we got did not put down blankets to protect the floors while moving and put huge gouges in our hard wood floors. Also dropped our fridge which broke it. They also charged me an extra 140$ it was a 4 hour move and they charged me for 5. Hoping tomorrow i finally get a call back. Not impressed at all.
