    we bought our fir...

    we bought our first, not our second (unfortunately didn't have what we needed at the time)and now our third. We really regret not buying our second because both times they've treated us well.

    Worst experience ever. Wrong trailer delivered.....leak in the plumbing (even though they're supposed to check.....no customer respect....AVOID

    Purchased our bum...

    Purchased our bumper hitch Shasta here...decent service while selling and in the beginning of our warranty experience we were treated well...though it was a slow processs. However after not hearing from them on my warranty item since last year I started contacting them again to get some answers. I believe the company providing the service to be proactive in maintaining the work order and contacting the customer. This did not happen and this company is terrible at returning phone calls. My warranty work order was started about may 2014...still not completed and now..after many calls and contact attempts they just won't speak to me anymore. I was never rude...though I did express my frustration and insisted they do better. They also did not return my husband's calls. Don't waste your time. I have never been treated so unprofessionally or poorly by any company. Really just very very poor customer service. I notice they have another listing. ..and it's likely to counteract the popr reviews in this Listing. really disappointed that a company who took $34,000 from my family...would treat me this way. Cannot understand how they have managed to stay accredited with the BBB. Likely because not enough people hold them accountable.

    great people, great service, I had the pleasure of dealing with rusty she found a unit for us that couldn't be more perfect. Russ in service was also very helpful in getting our truck booked into get a hitch and getting our warranty stuff fixed. Thanks guys we love our new flagstaff

    Do NOT buy RV her...

    Do NOT buy RV here! Once they get your money they want NOTHING to do with you. I have never experienced such HORRIBLE customer service in ALL OF MY LIFE!! This place is absolutely USELESS!!!!!

    Terrible customer...

    Terrible customer service is all you will be able to get from the business. They will gladly sell you an RV and then they will not help you with repairs or even answer phone calls.
