It was a great and friendly experience buying our trailer but the service since we bought it has not been great and I am very disappointed and will be taking it elsewhere for repairs from now on. Too bad their great initial customer service didn’t continue After we bought the trailer. Very disappointed and frustrated

I had fantastic service there. Everybody was friendly and the parts guy put my purchase together for me with a smile on his face.

They will not stand behind their products.

Once this company gets their money, their customers and products mean nothing. They do not stand behind there products and are the absolute rudest, most ignorant people I have ever encountered. My now unusable trailer is about to become a giant billboard telling people not to buy there. Oh and my trailer just entered its 4th year and we finally had our 5th provincial park trip with it. Wow western rv, thanks for the great camping memories.

Terrible experien...

Terrible experience! Bought a brand new 40 ft 5th Wheel trailer. During the walk through before we took possession we found a couple repairs that needed to be made so left it on the Western lot. When they finally delivered our unit we opened it up and found it had been broken in to on their lot - vandalized and TV stolen. They didn't even check it before delivering it. To top it off, they never made the repairs they were supposed to. Took months to sort out. Never use them again!

HORRIBLE -

Just spoke with a sales guy named Tyson - WOW, typical slimy salesman........ We are shopping for a 5th wheel (and want to buy one now).... looked at several dealerships..... By far the worst experience yet - We will never purchase a unit from them and will spread this review like wildfire. Western RV is HORRIBLE.... from secretary (who was extremely unfriendly) to the typical slimy sales guy.) This was the Red Deer location.
