About 10 years ago I decided to do something different with my life. I knew two things; first, I wanted to start my own business and work for myself, a chance to create something for people in a meaningful way and to share my talents. The second thing I knew was my love of animals big and small. Being raised on the very farm where The Place 4 Paws is now located, I have had a life time filled with caring for animals which has grown over the years and continues to fuel my passion for all things furry. The idea of opening a boarding kennel was one inspired by the lack of quality in an industry that claims to provide caring and respect for your best friend. After visiting many kennels in western Canada it became clear to me that there was something missing in the pet care industry.
