I needed to replace the charge port on my Samsung phone and they did it in record time at a very reasonable price; but more than that, they recovered 7000 pictures taken on a Europe trip and lost due to my deleting them by mistake.The boys @ KCR recovered all of them miraculously. I had been told by my provider it couldn't be done; I couldn't be more grateful. These guys are amazing.

Amazing service. Dealt with a shop on enterprise and they couldn't solve my problem and I could barley understand what he was saying due to the asian accent. Will be a customer for life.

I would not believe the bad review on here. I have brought over half a dozen phones in to this business over the past few years. The guys there have been awesome. They always explain the pricing before hand. I would for sure recommend any friends or family to this shop. He is the best in town hands down.

Don't trust these guys!

Brought my son's cheaper Nokia phone in for a "free" diagnosis and when I explained that my son wasn't prepared to spend more than 60.00 for a phone that wasn't that old, the owner/manager replied,"You can have the phone back but it'll be in pieces and if you decide that you want it repaired then estimate will then be doubled". Arrogant and rude. I reluctantly agreed to have it fixed but I'll NEVER set foot in that shop again! Treat all your customers like this and you won't have any.
