Thomson Patricia Public Notary

I do not recommend Patricia Thompson unfortunately, after using her services while selling a property in BC. Not a pleasant experience at all, her assistant stressed me out saying my notarized documents signed in Quebec would be rejected in BC - even though we followed their instructions - and after the sale completion, Patricia strictly refused to pay me via wire transfer. She sent me a cheque via Purolator and there's nothing I could do or say about it. Rude & unprofessional.

Very pleasant to deal with and get things done quickly.
