The parts counter...

The parts counter was attentive when I was spending $1500 on winter tires. The service department fell seriously short when I wanted my old summer tires balanced before storing them. They said they couldnt get to them right now but would keep them onsite and call me as soon as they were done. After checking in with them 4 times over the course of 6 mos I finally went to go pick them up. Still not done. I wont go back for service, but might for parts. Customer service is everything and I feel like although the guy at the parts sales counter was great the service department seriously lacked personality & customer service. I felt like the women couldnt smile if they tried and the men blew smoke.

Called this morni...

Called this morning to make a cash buy of a vehicle. Salesman was barely interested and hung up on me when I requested a quote.

Do not use their ...

Do not use their service center! My car needed to have a new hazard light installed. I was told there was slight damage to the interior but they said they had discounted the invoice to make up for it. I wasn't allowed to have my keys until I signed and paid. The discount on my invoice was not fair compared to the damage ( which was worse than they said). Go elsewhere to have your vehicle serviced!

Just amazing

I have had the joy of purchasing a vehicle from one of the most professional dealerships I have ever been to. There wasn't one person that didn't say hi! The process was just great! The sales person introduced me to the management team, financial dept, service dept. Heck he even walked me through the service bays to show me where the work is all done. What great service I received and if they keep this up I will buy many more and send many friends and family to purchase from Wood Wheaton. Thank you for make me feel like I count!
