Sold me a 2011 15" Macbook Pro with known issues. Literally just past their warranty period, EB said no to an exchange. USB port not working, but worse... screen will not profile to proper colour balance, changes colour on it's own (warm blue/cold blue), and freezes completely. Known issue since late 2011. So many are affected that there is a class action lawsuit against Apple in the States and a class action was approved for Quebec late last year. Now looking into legal action against EB.
