Horrible experience... And still ongoing. Glen has had our TV since April 2014, along with our $300. Excuses and more excuses for an entire year now. Fed up trying to deal with him. We've moved on to BBB and are starting to look into small claims court. I want my TV and money back!
In May of 2014 I brought glen my tv. He told me it would be done in 3 weeks. It's currently March of 2015 and he's broken more parts of my tv than I have. He broke the display carrying it out of my house, and he's broken several parts he ordered in. It would be easy to go "alright glen, time to give my money back" but he never has any.
