Substandard installation of 400 sq ft of hardwood flooring with little attention to detail. Complained about the product I was getting installed (Bruce Solid Hardwood) or about the builder of the home not having square walls or reinforcing the step etc. to justify his bad installation. A&W Flooring Inc. was not prepared on day one for installation and failed to be prepared to fix problems after repeated conversations and texts. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!
