Been going there for years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I take my truck, wife’s suv and our bikes there all the time. If some leaves a big mess they usually clean it up pretty quick. You are charged for time inside as people are usually waiting to get in so if you think you can take twenty minutes to dry your car while people are waiting to wash there vehicles you should pay for your time inside. Just wish they had an outside wand for washing bigger vehicles.
MY FIRST & LAST!!! I'm upset on how they charge their customers here! No where in their website or outside their facility tells u how much they charge per minute. Since its winter I usually dry my car & use all the amenities if I could. My bill was $42!!! since the guy who works there said its $42 /hr. he was kind enough to give me 10% off but still isnt worth it. I'm never going back to this place
My first (and last) time. So I thought I'd check this car wash out. NOWHERE on the outside of the facility is there a fee schedule published. At least nothing I could see or read from the vantage point of my car. I wasted 5 minutes trying to figure out which hose does what and had to ask for help. $12.60 was my final bill when I was done. Good thing I didn't towel dry the car (I always dry my car in the Super Store underground parkade in the winter). I'm never going back to this car wash. I'm sticking with the Rainbow Was on Portage Ave. My average cost there is $5. Chris G in Westwood.
