I just bought a 2019 Ram 1500 over $40000 , when the truck was delivered I paid for the truck and immediately asked where the second key was the General Manager said that I was informed that there was only one key which I wasn’t!!
When you buy a new vehicle you would think you get two keys , I called them back and they said no sorry I have to get another dealer to program me a new key at my cost of $360 , that is very poor customer service, I will not but another vehicle from them or recommend
