If I could give them a rating of 0, I would.
I had to e-mail them 3 times in order to get one reply that had absolutely no info in it. They said that my e-mail must have gotten lost, so that was why they still hadn't replied to my inquires 2 weeks later. I politely replied to them asking for more information. It has been a month & I still have not received anything. I also re-sent them my e-mail 3 times, STILL nothing.
