This company far exceeded our expectations and simply made our day in moving my elderly in laws, both 95 years of age, such an easy and wonderful experience. Their home was lovingly moved and then set up so all they and we had to do was walk in and enjoy. Barbs expertise shone through as she worked with dedication and detail to see each time we requested to be moved was cleaned and displayed like it had been there for years. My in-laws were totally surprised when they walked in and just smiled.
Barb moved my parents from a home they lived in for 30 years to a retirement home - one room. I live in BC and although I came out for the move I could not have done the downsizing or the move on my own. We had a three week window and my father was in hospital. Barb and her team made the impossible possible. They worked efficiently and caringly with my mother and the move was a great success. Highly recommend.

Barb met us for the initial consultation at my parents house of 51 years in Oakville and totally put my parents and myself at ease! My parents feel like theyre on holiday still since they 1st stepped foot into their condo a month ago. They dont even miss their house anymore! Thx TEAM 100%!!!
We contacted Barb at the Hamilton office when my parents both passed away within a short period of time and we had to deal with their belongings in the home they had lived in for 40 years. Barb was so compassionate and helpful in assessing our needs. The furniture that we could not find a loving home for within the family was taken to the Furniture Bank for other families to enjoy, and the remaining items were disposed of quickly, leaving us to deal with other matters that needed our attention.
