The Cloverdale location is a lovely place to shop. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and polite. There are always people on the floor to help with anything you need. Reminds me of days gone by where "customer service" meant something!

In my quest to find a destemmer late in the season I visited Macedo Wine on Caledonia for the first time, although the destemmer wasn't available at that time- The customer service I experienced was excellent; as a made arrangements for this year to borrow a destemmer from a friend I will certainly go back this week to buy my grapes.
