    Driving home from the cottage my wife noticed a stone chip in the windshield of my new truck. We remembered hearing the big crack! on the way up. I called Coventry and was delighted to learn he would drive to me. Upon inspection he asked what the problem was and I showed him the stone chip. He said "do you mean this tree sap" - I was shocked and embarrassed. Kevin did not want any payment whatsoever. Who does this in today's world? Total trust & integrity. Please support him!

    Extremely Unprofe...

    Extremely Unprofessional - Beware!!!!! Kevin looked at some seats that needed to be repaired. After he quoted us $1000 to repair them, we agreed to the price, took the seats out, and delivered them to him. A few days later, he tells me that he wants another $300 to do the repair! He would not be flexible at all! Beware. Prices subject to change!!!

    Mike, it'd be appreciated if you told the whole story... I came out and 'quoted' on the job still installed in the boat, a lot was hidden and I tried my Best to give an accurate price! After you had dropped off the seats and reviewing the damage fully and realizing that I had under quoted, I informed you there would be additional labour to remove & reinstall the covers. Unfortunately, this was an oversight on my behalf, not an intention to deceive. My Apologies. Hopefully you got the job done to your satisfaction for a similar price.
