Tonight, Wed Jan 18th 2017 I visited this branch. I ordered 2 subs, paid and left store. I then heard that it was buy 3 subs for 21.00. I reentered same location with my receipt and asked if I could add a sub and get the deal? I was informed that it "was too late" and "it would mess up the til". I asked why it would be a problem and was told that they were not going to do it. I do not frequent said store, and am unaware of deals etc... this was a customer service fail.
