The night staff at the Staybridge suites on 11 Corporate Blvd. In Guelph Ontario are the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with. They are incompetent they do not know how to transfer a phone, hang up on you repeatedly and then they are rude ignorant and belligerent because of them I will never recommend the Staybridge suites in gualph they need to do a lot better and hiring their staff and what they have. If I could give negative stars I would that’s how bad they were
DO NOT stay here!!!! Shocking is the best word I have yet to come up with to describe my experiences at Staybridge Suites, an IHG® Hotels & Resort. Unfriendly bordering on hostile is also a pretty accurate description... Certainly "UN-Canadian" also accurately describes my experience - and this is within my first 36 hours of a 20 day planned "extended Stay"!
I cannot wait to check out and leave this hotel, despite the work, hassle, wasted time and extra cost involved to leave this hotel.
