After contracting Covid I could not get out to get pizza so I called Hi Line at Gage Ave. and my bank card would not work. After several tries the manager sent the food anyway and told me to pay when I was able to get there. The pizza and wings are really good and have always been hot when they arrive. Will not go anywhere else for my pizza or wings again!!!! Best place ever!!!
Awful experience with this pizza place. Order was cold and tasted similar to cardboard. Called to complain about said pizza and they ignorant. Won't be returning.
I really LOVE the food when I order my wings, pizza and garlic bread. I have moved to the area about one year ago and usually order pizza 1-3 times a month. However, this is Several times this has happened to me, when I phone to place an order, the girl who takes my order on the phone is always rude to be. She is not professional. She is not friendly. And she is quick and short on the phone cutting me off in several occasions. When she went to hang up the phone, (more then once on most occasions ) I ask her my price for my food and she gets upset with me over the phone and tells me. I say thank you and she hangs up the phone.

I am sorry to say I do enjoy your food, and your drivers are always quick and friendly whom I tip well. But tonight was my very last time ordering your food due to the ignorance over the phone in multiple occasions.
So now, I am taking my business elsewhere. For your business sake, I hope you invest your money in somebody who cares about your business and customer friendly. Otherwise, you'll be losing more customers over this individual real soon.
You people are terribly rude. When you couldn't pronounce my address properly I attempted to spell it and you cut me off and yelled at me for trying to help you and still couldn't say it right. You refused to let me order a side just because I was getting pizza without wings (which I have done several times before) and then starkly hung up on me. Never ordering from your store EVER again. Learn some manners.
