I had a very pleasant experience with Rock With Us. They have an excellent choice of slabs in their showroom from Granite to Quartz, and etc. From the time we were contacted to schedule for measurement, we were pleased with the friendly customer service. Also during installation, very prompt and detailed. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I will recommend Rock With Us to all of my family and friends. I will be getting my bathroom done next time around.
I had purchased 2 kitchen countertops for my condo, at first I thought the price was a decent deal. Until the install... the countertops had no edge like I specifically asked for, sales people in the store are pushy , rude and rush you. Prices are completely random. Do not buy the stainless steel sinks they sell with their countertops , they look absolutely horrible , mine came in all scratched up like someone had purposely done it. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous.
Rock with Us came in to fix a horrible install job by another granite company. I was very pleased with the job they did fixing my counters and the prices were very competitive. I would definitely recommend!!!
Lets just say my husband and i shopped 6 different Granite dealers in the Hamilton/Burlington area and finally was referred to Rock with us Marble and Granite threw a friend (Thankyou Janet!!) and that was the end of our shop! there staff, price,selection, knowledge and right down to the install was perfection. take it from us people forget shopping and just give them a visit, save yourself the time and gas!
