Dont ever count on time delivery. The company constantly changes the delivery date based on their volume or their need. Can you imagine running a business where they deliver when ever they want to ...Trying calling their customer service number and listen as they are not accountable for anything. What a joke
Was to arrive by 9pm according to tracking website page (learned after they dont deliver that late. Why does their website say it does??). At 6pm noticed on tracking website they said my address was invalid and couldnt deliver. I called to find out what was going on. Learned my address was correct but the delivery driver was new and (1) typed my street name in wrong, and (2) didnt know where my street was, so didnt deliver it. Now getting it next week.
Theres no way a delivery service can be THIS bad. Why yes, it truly is. I very much wanted to leave good feedback but I simply cannot. I was supposed to get the package Friday and they delayed it. Now, I come home from work at 4pm and missed the delivery at 1:30pm. And worse...I cant even pick it up today. Why would they deliver before 6 and so early in the day? Especially for a service that requires a signature. They could at least leave it at the door. Most people are not home. Awful.
Tracker is never accurate. Says end of day today... then nope. So maybe the next day... still nope. Customer service isnt available on Saturdays because of covid so I try to make a profile online to take care of it myself... nope again! Technical difficulties. When things do go well the drivers Ive met are nice at least. I really needed my package Friday and now maybe monday. Unacceptable. This was a very important package.
Lost two days pay because they cant seem to provide the service I paid for. See the attachments. $700 in lost wages. Lets see if they can get it to me tomorrow
They promised to make another attempt next day. Didnt happen and I drove up there, just to hear my package is on a trailer and before Monday nothing will happen. Im waiting another 3 days and not even sure I will have my package Monday. Which I also want to pick up in person. Dont make promises you cant keep and Im literally 8km away from them, thats ridiculous!!! Not impressed!
