JR Lawn and Snow

We researched snow removal services very carefully this season before selecting JR Lawn and Snow. We could not have been happier with our decision initially and were absolute raving fans. However, as the season progressed, we found the service to become increasingly unpredictable and unreliable. Ultimately, their customer service and poor communication is what drove us to end the relationship.

Very poor service. Got my car stuck so many times this season because of their untimely clearing of the driveways. Very dissatisfied!!!!
