    We had outstandin...

    We had outstanding service from Roger who went above and beyond to help us with a serious lock problem. He took the time to problem solve a difficult and unique situation which others had told us could not be solved. The excellent service from Active Lock and Safe started when we phoned, Tess couldn't have been nicer and ensured we got quick and immediate service. We couldn't have been more delighted with the help we received. We would absolutely call Active Lock and Safe Service again.

    Lifesavers....plain and simple!!!

    After driving for 2+ hours from the GTA and failing to remedy my RV deadbolt problem on my own, I contacted them @ 2:30 on Friday afternoon and by 3:15 I was in the trailer and installing a new lock. Rob and Tess were lifesavers. 100% sure I would call again if in need of any lock related assistance.
