Pickering location; incompetent and negligent! My car stopped dead (no power) while I was driving. Because one of their " top" technicians didn't tighten the bolts to my newly installed battery. Thank heavens I was in a construction zone during the day, and the driver behind me was alert, not 401, or at night!
