My Fridge broke down tonight at 7:30 pm. We had a Repair man for about 15 years. Had not been here for 10 years and I called him and he was here by 8pm and fixed the Fridge (a freezer controller was gone). He carries parts on his vehicle and he had one. If He doesn't, he tells you he can try to order one, but can't know if or when available, so you can make a decision about what to do. What Amazing Service."Appliance Same Day Service"
Came same day to assess the problem with our fridge for a $50 service fee, which was to be waived when we got the repair. Diagnosed the problem and would order the part to come back and repair (about $500). After a week of not hearing back, we called and they claimed couldnt find the part and we should just get a new fridge. Fridge is from 2007/2008, would cost $3000+ to replace with comparable model. Waste of $50 and waiting around for over a week when we could have just gone with someone else.

My top load washing machine broke down. Technician was prompt and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He had the necessary part on his truck and repaired my washing machine same day. He was knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend London Appliance Same Day Service. Thank you for your honest and able repair.
Do not use this service! They are unfriendly, wont answer questions about the likely price for the repair before they come, they just say that it will be $50 for a technician to come out and give an estimate, then you have to take it or leave it. If I had known they charge $300 for a simple wire coil I never would have had them come out in the first place! Now I am out $50...
I contacted Appliance Same Day regarding my dishwasher not working. The appointment was set up within the day. The technician called to let me know when he was on his way. The technician was polite and professional. He identified the problem quickly. He provided me a quote on the part and obtained one quickly and it was installed the next day. I was very pleased with the service, the pricing and the professionalism.
Don't honor their own policies and treat their clients with disrespect. I tried for over 6 weeks to resolve our concerns and was met with accusations of dishonesty and an owner who spoke rather than listened. As a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of customers feeling like they are being heard. Steer clear of this business. If they don't respect their own polices, they will not respect you.
I called stating that my fridge wasn't working and soon after the technician called to tell me he'd be on his way. He was very friendly with a positive attitude. The problem was repaired quickly and and I would recommend them to family and friends.

I called to schedule an appointment to have someone come look at my appliance and within 30 mins, the technician had called to tell me that he was on his way. The technician explained everything to me and fixed the appliance on the spot. I will recommend Appliance Same Day Service to all of my friends, family, and neighbours. I realize it's Christmas time, but you don't plan for your oven to go on the fritz. Called this morning after getting an F30 and F10 reading on my Fridgedair oven. It's my understanding that these are fairly common errors for this make of range. Was told they "don't have the parts to fix this problem" and "because it's close to Christmas, it will be hard to get the parts" - If I was a company that called myself "same day service" and advertised that my van was stocked with parts, I would have the parts to fix common problems with appliances...ESPECIALLY close to christmas, when your customers are going to need to use their ovens!
My fridge stopped working and things were warming up. I placed the call at 11 am. The technician was there at 12:30, diagnosed the problem, replaced the defrost controller, and had it all up and running by 1:30. No fuss, no mess, and resonable cost.
Great service, I will call them again!
