Customer service at its finest, why anyone would want to be abused by big box stores is absolutely beyond me. If they don't have it they will get it maximum of a day or two not weeks. They built my computer to spec and has worked flawlessly. The only time i have taken it back is for upgrades. I use my computer for business every day and has never let me down. Prices are very reasonable, its a "Two Thumbs Up & A Yes From Me" so shop Computer & Parts Direct, you will be glad you did.
