My wife and I buy a lot of our baby items at Diapers N More. We were tired of waiting in line ups and not having anyone to help us in some of the other bigger stoЯes. We bought all our son's baby furniture, his stroller, bottles, clothes, bath accessories and lots more there and we will definitely be coming in soon as our daughter is due to be born in a few months. So glad there is a local store like Diapers N More!
When I first visited this store I thought it was great. I bought my daughter a healing amber bracelet that is supposed to help with teething and other pain. I thought it was a great product and even went back a few days later to get an adult sized one. When I purchased the bracelet the sales clerk explained that it had a plastic clasp that would break if it was pulled on too hard as a safety feature. However, less than 2 weeks after purchasing the bracelet the knot on the string that attached the bracelet to the clasp came undone and it fell apart. The clasp was still perfectly intact. The string was too short to retie myself. When I told the store they said that it was part of the safety feature, which makes no sense since the knot coming undone was meant a faulty product, not a safety feature. They refused to exchange or refund it (despite the fact that the receipt said they have a 30 return policy and it had only been 11 days) and they suggested that I take it to a craft store to have it restrung. I was not impressed and I will not be shopping there again.
