Service was excellent and they went out of their way to install extra blinds with some difficulty. This was over and above what was expected. I would highly recommend the company to anyone who is seriously considering installing blinds at their home
Marc is a pleasure to deal with and offered solutions that met our needs and budget. We are extremely happy with the effect of the blinds and are so happy we went with his company. Also the fact that the blinds are made here shows - the quality is great! He is flexible with meeting times and the installation. Also, the whole thing was done very fast from beginning to end. We highly recommend his services if you need window treatments.

I met Mark today and he was an EXCELLENT sales person , very understanding and assuring however after reading the below reviews i was extremely concerned that he would do a bad job.
However Mark and Joe did a FANTASTIC JOB i had 17 Blinds Made for my entire home and each one was installed perfectly they were super respectful of my home and clean. So please do contact him. QUALITY WAS AMAZING great Fabric and excellent mechanisms.

We met Mark today at our new condo. He was fairly aggressive in telling us what we needed and went about taking measurements, etc. Then he demanded a downpayment in cash or by cheque there and then. When I told him we had not come prepared to make a downpayment he was clear that if I did not pay him there would be no deal. It really fell apart when he suggested that there must be somewhere I could go to get $500 cash for him. Needless to say, there was no deal. Stay away from this guy.
Mark (the owner) promises a full installation. He takes your money up front before any work is performed and then if something does not go accordingly, he will not do what he can to complete the work he owes you.
I would not recommend him and will not use him again.
Mark (the owner) is a real salesman. He promises the world then fails to deliver. When you call to complain, he blames the customer for his errors. I am left with a set of shutters that do not close properly. Unsightly nail holes everywhere that I had to patch up myself. He collected payment in full before the job was complete. I foolishly trusted him. Now that he has my money, he has no motivation to come back and fix his errors. Stay away. Give your money to someone else.
