Service impersonnel, très lent à retourner appels, courriels etc.
Notre rapport annuel d'évaluation de la qualité d'eau potable prend 3-4 mois et à chaque fois il faut le demander plusieurs fois.
Rotation de personnel semble très élevé.
Eval globale entre mauvais et faible.
