Dorret is very helpful but doesn't make you feel any pressure, so it was comfortable to try around many glasses and take time to decide. Both she and Michelle helped me patiently to make the glasses fit when I went to pick the glasses up. It was such a good experience.

The Argentia Hakim Optical location always comes through for me and my family! Weโve been going here for 10+ years to get serviced for glasses and weโll continue to. One of the best place for elegant frames and prescription glasses, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are reasonable. They have provided superb warranty of thee amsta-gize contact lense for issue related with feces contamination. For this, I drive 300km by Toyota Camry(2022) and from the east by aeroplane. And directed me to another shop down the street to get another set of Ray Bans since they couldn't provide the replacement brand lenses. They called the other shop and inquired for me. Great customer service by Dorret #148. I really appreciate top service by her. I went to the store July 19, 2022 at around 5 pm. Just broke my sunglasses which i had since 2018, but she knew exactly which ones they were by looking at them. They were Bolles which i believe had been discontinued. She went through her box of Bolles which they were there. She looked the number up and called another store which was at Mavis and Britania which said they had one pair left, to make sure they were the ones she ask that store if they could send a picture of the glasses to make sure they were the ones. Well they were ans she asked them to send it to her store and she told me they should be here tomorrow July 20th. Well they came to her store she called me , and with in 15 minute she had the old lenses which were prescription poped out and put in the new frames. Thank you Dorret for great service and i will be recommending my family and friends to come to your store. Hope you stay safe and all the best.

I've been going to this place for a few years now, they really know how to treat customers and meet their demands, very professional and friendly staff. So far I've done a few lenses plus frames with them, I'm VERY HAPPY with the results, they have a great taste and know exactly what makes me look and feel better, plus the work they put on their lenses is outstanding!I highly recommend this place; as an artist to me is very important that what I wear has a high quality and fits me...you will definitely get that with them!

Got a pair of reading glasses from them a couple of years ago. Everything was fine. So decided to come back. Got two pairs. There were some problems but Sapna did her best and everything was fixed.

Took my mother for an eye exam and find a comfortable glasses. They took the time during the eye exam since she has alot going on in her eyes. We also went through many options of glasses to see which she liked. All the staff were so friendly, courteous and extremely helpful, whilst taking all safety precautions during this crazy time. I highly recommend this place!!Their customer service level is topnotch, they helped me find the right frames and prescriptions with such professionalism that I was very impressed by the results. Sapna is very professional and the other lady that was there too, they were all about helping me find my style and I got exactly what I was looking for. Believe me when I say that I found the BEST place to find what I need when it comes to glasses: being an Artist myself is very important to wear what it goes well with me..they did exactly that!!!

This is actually 2 reviews in 1.Around 5 months ago I required wearing glasses once again (many years glasses free from laser eye surgery) and my thanks to all the previous reviewers - choosing this location near my home was an easy choice.Sapna and Dorret are awesome. They helped me choose out a pair of reading glasses and sun glasses, going through all the options and why I should choose them.You also get the warm feeling that if you ever need to stop in - as I do time to time - for a quick adjustment and screw tightening - they are happy to see you.I decided 2 months ago to pick up a second pair of sun glasses for sport activities. Visiting Dorret and Sapna again we discussed all options and with the promo pricing they had on, for only few dollars more I picked up a second reading pair of glasses (as a backup set) versus buying just the sun glasses.When the glasses came in - the sun glasses had a small issue - the combination of the tint, colour and polarization made the view through them much brighter than I hoped.We discussed the options, figured out why it was happening and sent the frame back. Dorret worked with the head of the lab where the glasses are made and called me to follow up to ensure we made the best choice possible.With a colour change on the front, I received my new second sun glasses with exactly the view from within I was expecting (matching my original set) and I couldn't be happier.With so many choices within a 30 minute drive, I am thankful to have found such a highly rated location and the many 5 star reviews are well deserved. My thanks to Dorrett and Sapna for their excellent customer service.

Sapna of Hakim Optical served me. She was friendly, knowledgeable & answered all my questions regarding glasses. I bought 3 glasses although when I entered the store I wanted to only buy 2 reading glasses. The extra one I purchased was long distance. I have to say customer service was excellent! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Sapna at Hakim Optical, located in Argentia Road, Mississauga. This was my second time in the store after Dec'18 and she recognized me when I reached out to the counter. Her exemplary customer service skills together with her eye for detail were the reason, I used Hakim again. The first pair of lenses have the perfect clarity and am hoping it will repeat again.

Great Service standards by Dorret & Sapna. Highly recommended if you are looking to avail ur insurance coverage. Sapna helped me in claiming my insurance and that was quick, meanwhile Dorret got me the best deal within my coverage.Good show pretty girls.

i went in to have the nose piece fixed on my glasses and found a wonderful selection of glasses, the ladies Sumayya and Dorret where more than patient and helpful and stayed till after closing thank you so much, I love my 2 new pair of glasses and the price was far less then I expected, I will be telling others for sure. I have always had a positive experience at Hakim the options are always outstanding and fun. I have broken my glasses so I have to get a new pair. My first choice for glasses is to go to Hakim where I know its going to be a great experience the staff are friendly and always willing to help.

Was able to try on many different frames, and the worker was patient and informative. Very helpful and understanding when a competitor gave me the wrong prescription, and was able to switch the lens. Unfortunately, the prescription is still wrong on my new glasses, but Hakim is not at fault. I will be coming back here whenever I need new glasses from now on, and hopefully I can find an optician that is good.
