I visited this store today in search for a wedding gown. Corinne is the lady who helped me and she was fantastic. From the time I walked into the store, she smiled and acknowledged me. She introduced herself to me and asked to take my jacket so I would be more comfortable while shopping in their boutique. Many dresses were suggested to me after she narrowed down my preferences. She offered dresses to me I never would have considered on my own and I actually fell in love with one she suggested (one in which I never would have taken off the rack on my own too...). Although I did not make my purchase from this store today, I highly recommend checking this store out 1) for excellent customer service and 2) for the diverse selection of dresses they offer. Thank you for a great shopping experience!! There are NOT many bridal shops in the city who even have "good" service (most have terrible service in fact), but Crystal's Bridal has fantastic customer service!!!

Christina was amazing! I showed her one picture of the dress I was interested in, and she picked 6 out that she thought were good fits. Happy to say I bought the first dress I put on!! Super accommodating place, lovely staff, and took all covid precautions necessary to make it the best experience! Highly recommend Bridal Boutique!!!! 10/10!
