The staff member who assisted me through email was especially helpful, professional, and clear throughout the entire process. I’m very grateful for the guidance I received, which allowed me to fly to Toronto and complete my Report of Birth and Passport processing smoothly in one day compared to the Philippines, where the requirements and processing time would take up to four years.
