They've been feeding member's of my family for over 40 years and it's now my obvious go to - literally the best Chinese food in the city! They truly care and even make their own plum sauce! Every bite is incredible and the chicken balls actually have chicken in them unlike other restaurants... not gristle on your meat and no grease. I mentioned that there are many places to dine and thought they would like the business of a family of 8 on a sat 4:30pm. Her response oh no, we will be busy tonight anyway. Ive been to several sushi restaurants in London including Kawa, Wonder, etc. and Sushi Ya has hands down the best maki and nigiri I've had in the city. Lots and lots of options for rolls, doesn't stick to the bog standard, which seems to be one of the biggest issues for every other sushi restaurant in London. Creative and delicious combinations.
Fair prices, the box deals are a great value.
The couple that runs it are very pleasant and nice, plus its a really small place, pretty adorable stuff.
Highly recommended to all.

I brought in a tour group of 33 people and the manager Jodi and her staff were waiting for us when we arrived. They provided great service and the food was very good. The group all voted they would go back again! Thank you so much! Our travel date was on 9/24/11 and arrived around 6:15pm for dinner. It was also nice being a family restaurant you could order wine, beer etc. One of the ladies in our group was having a birthday and the staff provided a slice of choc. cake and sang Happy B-day!
