I have lived in Dundas, Ontario for most of my life and have visited the Collins Brewhouse many times. I use the term ‘visited’ as if I am visiting someone’s home for the simple reason, each and every member of the Collins Brewhouse staff welcomes visitors’ as if they are family.
It is a quaint pub and restaurant that adds more charm to the town of Dundas. The service is just as incredible as the food they serve. The southwest chicken wrap and chicken wings are super, I would without a doubt recommend these two dishes.
Also, I have attended staff parties in the basement of the Collins Brewhouse. The accommodations that they provide such as; pool tables, a personal served bar, a big screen television, and food served in a buffet self-serve format, provide customers with fun and entertaining memories.
As you can see in my review for the Collins Brewhouse, I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to all age groups. If you like good company, good food and a great atmosphere this is the restaurant to check out!

We had an incredible dining experience. We started with the Triple Play appetizers, which were fantastic—a great way to kick off the meal. The Jambalaya pasta was full of flavor and perfectly spiced. Our server was attentive, and even the manager stopped by to check in, which was a nice touch. Great food and excellent service. Highly recommend!!

This is a gem of a restaurant, tucked into a strip mall. Eaten there three times now, and consistently the food is fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Some highlights - great hot and sour soup; fantastic General Tao's chicken, and fantastic chicken balls. Try the crab cheese wontons for a nice treat, as well.

We've ordered a few times lately and each time everything has been so good! Their breakfasts are Fantastic, and their home grilled home fries are like you would make at home! Tonight I ordered Spaghetti with meat sauce cause I've been craving it, and it's just like home made! Portions are Generous to, and prices are reasonable. We visited on Sunday for brunch and to celebrate a birthday. We have been here before and loved it so decided to take our out of town guests here to celebrate. They were so impressed with the Blackshop. We had intimate seating for the 6 of us. Several in our group ordered the eggs benedict and they were delicious! Eggs were perfectly poached. There was live music which we really enjoyed. The volume was just right. We will be back again soon!

From our experience we found the Wine & sparking water to be reasonably priced. We had the vapolicella wine which was $47 a bottle Not cheap but not expensive. Significantly better than Kamoosh in Waterdown, food wise and for price of wine. You can find bottle of wine for $40. Vs $21 a glass !

I am a semi-regular at this location, and also go to the other locations in Waterloo and Cambridge now and then. The service is pretty snarly, but a bit more attentive than at the other locations. The food is always good. I love their Malaysian Seafood Laksa Noodle Soup, and their pho, as well as their pork balls. Just don't go during the busy dinner hours.
