Last Month I discovered this Restraint and went in for Dinner, To my surprise the Food I ordered was Fresh and absolutely cooked to perfection it's been a long time for me to find a place my Wife and I can go out and have Date Night together and have Dinner that was amazing well cooked flavours just Explode leaving you wanting More. The Chef has many years of Cooking Experience and it shows too when you sit down and order Dinner. For my Wife and Me when we have Date Nights we now go to Athena's Bar Grill not only is the Food Amassing and good But the New Staff are Wonderful People I can only Hope you will have a chance to go to Mission Bc bring your wife or your Date you won't leave there Disappointed amassing Food Wonderful Staff keeps me returning there for more. An lovely unexpected find between the tracks and the water. Offers fresh farm to table selections and a friendly attentive staff in a cute nicely done setting. Had the lamb duo and was impressed by the presentation and flavour. The dessert was a “take me home and love me forever” moment. The Greenhouse Bistro & Cafe is an unassuming little restaurant in central Maple Ridge offering customers an incredible dining experience.
The food is always prepared with the freshest incredients with meticulous attention to creating the most delicious meals. I can attest to this because I often sit right at the counter where I thoroughly enjoy watching the chef make his magic.
The portions he provides are nothing short of huge and the prices, unbelievably reasonable compared to any other restaurant I have been in.
The staff are warm, friendly and attentive as is the chef. They all sincerely care that you thoroughly enjoy your meal and this is why the Greenhouse has such dedicated and loyal customers.

My husband and I popped in to this restaurant for lunch one day last week. Everything about the establishment was perfect. The service, the setting, but most importantly the food! I have never had a better burger in my life. The shrimp cocktail in a jar.... to die for! The price in my opinion was great for what we got.Keep up the great work guys! A must visit for all 18-25 guys,...when you visit you'll know why....nudge,nudge,wink,wink, say no more, say no more. Needless to say, we were greeted on a busy night with a genuine smile and enthusiasm. Great start.... Our appy was hot,toasted tri-colour tortillia chips with a rich heavy artichoke cheesewith Jalapeno dip that had a almost nutty flavour and the chips had that natural corn taste that everyone just loves. ( we did have to ask for more chips on the plate as I felt that they were a little too frugal on the chips for $9. )
I had a entree of Crispy Panko coated chicken pieces wrapped in small tortillias with cold ice-berg lettuce and fresh tomatos with a tangy ranch sauce. It was both satisfying and didn't clog the arteries. If you insist on clogging your arteries,..have the fries...OMG, they tasted so good you didn't care that they were bad for you.One common occurance again; the portions need to be more generous for the price of $13. Their pizza looked very authentic, with a thin crust and sparse sauce. The pizza was crunchy, piping hot and the toppings were just right and fresh. The steak was decent quality but not med. rare as asked, there fore it was dry and tough. As it is a flat-iron steak, order it rare or med-rare and insist that it is a little pink throufgout and you should be fine.
At the end of the day, SJP's is a fun, warm inviting cool restaurant with a decent menu and excellent attentive, polite service. I really loved the way the staff worked as a team and we had several wait staff assisting us! Well-done ladies! My only complaint would be is that if you charge upwards of $12 for a casual entree, make the garnishes and portions more generous and satisfy your patrons.
