Tricia was phenomenal. I had a very limited amount of time before I needed to attend a wedding and she helped me immensely with a new sports jacket, pants and shoes. Iam very impressed with ABC bridal! Iam a bride on a budget and needed to find a dress $500 or less. I dealt with a lady named georgina and she was very friendly and helpful. i told her I was on a budget and what style of dress I wanted. she showed me that they had some dresses on a discount rack. I tried different dresses on and she gave suggestions and told me what looked good on me.
I ended up finding a dress for $125!!! no kidding! It was a nice strapless dress with no sequins or decorations, just a nice simple rhine stone diamond shaped broche in the middle of the bust with dangling rhime stones hanging on the bottom of it.
I also purchased fingerless gloves, a flower hair peice, a veil and all of that including my dress came to $280!!! georgina helped me decide on all of it and she was the best to deal with! I went to other dress shops and that had little or no interest in helping me find a dress, and alot of other places are very expensive. I also got brides maids dresses there and they were all $153 each!
I highly recomend buying a dress from here!

I visited this store today in search for a wedding gown. Corinne is the lady who helped me and she was fantastic. From the time I walked into the store, she smiled and acknowledged me. She introduced herself to me and asked to take my jacket so I would be more comfortable while shopping in their boutique. Many dresses were suggested to me after she narrowed down my preferences. She offered dresses to me I never would have considered on my own and I actually fell in love with one she suggested (one in which I never would have taken off the rack on my own too...). Although I did not make my purchase from this store today, I highly recommend checking this store out 1) for excellent customer service and 2) for the diverse selection of dresses they offer. Thank you for a great shopping experience!! There are NOT many bridal shops in the city who even have "good" service (most have terrible service in fact), but Crystal's Bridal has fantastic customer service!!!
