This is a hidden gem over near the airport on Matheson. A friend of mine works in the area and he suggested it for a Saturday night dinner. We had a great time as the food was hot, fresh, and tasted great, plus the service was very professional. Last week we had to organize a sudden meeting for our project with US clients. Due to lack of time we missed out planning for lunch but thanks to my ‘Opentable’ app Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Chicken Parmigianino, Spring Lamb with red wine that I found Carmelina Restaurant in Woodbine Avenue. Their event catering service for lunch & evening snacks made me & my team proud on my decision. I wonder how I missed looking this food place for last many years. I've been to a lot of Italian Fine dining restaurants and this one in particular stood out to me. The food was very well cooked to my liking. The pasta itself was perfectly made and the sauces always compliment the dish! I had the Fusilli Rustica with Rose sauce. The service is phenomenal. Always friendly and they really know their dishes. The price is also VERY affordable compared to other restaurants. The ambiance suits the restaurant and it really is a beautiful place. It makes me feel like I'm in Italy ! Great Italian Restaurant! My mom, aunt and I had spent all day shopping for a mother of the bride dress, so this place was recommended to us by the owner of a bridal store. The decor of Fusaro's is very nice and modern, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I ordered the breakfast wrap which was the best I have ever had! My aunt had the calabrese, and my mom ordered cinque panini, and they both thoroughly enjoyed their meals. The prices are very inexpensive. Three meals and coffee for each us came to only $30.
