The one star review by Winston is from a vindictive person. He and his wife have been trash talking the Dog Pad. I've had three dogs boarding and at the daycare for over ten years and never had a problem. The problem it seems is some high maintenance owners and Jen and Brett have the choice to kick out problem owners. My dogs have always been happy to go to the Dog Pad and I always recommend people to them when someone is looking for boarding or daycare. Read more

I LOVE Petopia. My dog Dexter is on their unlimited daycare plan and it is an absolute lifesaver. Their hours are fantastic, they are so accommodating when I need to work late or if Dexter ends up needing to spend the night because of my crazy schedule. Best of all - Dexter always has a huge smile and tones of fun while he is there. He is pretty particular and has gotten bored at other daycares - but not at Petopia. These guys are wonderful! I was in a bit of a bind with another company who cancelled my booking 3 days before a two week trip to Portugal. Within 4 hours, Vernon was at my property to assess my dog. He took my dog for a 24 hour test trial (this is after my dog seriously barked at Vernon when he came into my home). Over the next day, Vernon provided multiple updates (with pictures) and was very communicative. I cannot thank them enough! Great team with wonderful service. Read more
