At first I wasn't sure about this place but after my first visit I was sold. The food is amazing, the sushi is so fresh and the waitresses are so nice. They are always smiling and are quick on their jobs. You're never waiting for refills of drinks or to order. When we leave even the sushi chefs say goodbye, that's how polite and relaxed this place is. I love it. Read more

st veronus still has wonderful tasty food. I especially love the stoemp. BUT they no longer have a lunch menu- which means having lunch here is now much more expensive than it used to be (ie. the stew used to be $11 for lunch, now its $18 off the generic menu). because of this- I likely will only come here for dinner now as Peterborough has lots of other reasonably priced lunch options. I went in on my lunch break to grab something quick to eat. I never expected such a variety of items on their menu! They have wraps on whole wheat, massive sandwiches on ciabatta buns which are under 10$ with a side! Never have I found such a nice place with great service. I had my wrap (seriously vegetarian) within 15 minutes. Was served nice and warm! Great choices for healthy lunches which are filling, and also treats for those who have a sweet tooth! Definitely recommend their cupcakes to anybody who loves sweets. Best shop in Peterborough! Read more
