The place has an on site smokehouse and it does make all the difference! Doesn't even compare to ribs just slathered in smokey flavored sauce like most. We try to make it out to Little Louis every few months. The menu is always fantastic and the service is impeccable. The food is a fine dining experience in my opinion, with many layers and nuances to each dish. For our last visit our server was Josef. He was able to describe each dish on the menu in detail and made excellent wine recommendations for each course. Our favorite restaurant by far. Read more
