The food always seems to be good in my experience here. I typically order pulled pork poutine (very good, unique), burgers, wraps, etc. I've never been disappointed during my somewhat extended history of visiting the pub. The decor is very busy, typical of brit pubs here, and the service is friendly and timely, not overbearing. Food waiting times are suitable and I've never heard anyone in my party of regulars complain of flat beer, dirty glasses, or hair in their food, as other reviews here indicate. I've been to Harry's on multiple occasions with different groups of people. Have been pleasantly suprised each time with great food and excellent service. The pizza is homemade and very tasty. Wings are good, but not their specialty. Pasta is excellent is as well. Beer on tap is fresh (usually have Stella) and haven't had any issues. This is a great place to visit for lunch, after work with the guys (they have pool tables upstairs) or on a date with that special girl. A rare treat! Read more

I visit this location on a regular basis since I live in the area! First time I visited this location, one of the bartenders asked my name, and remembered it the next time i visited! All of the wait staff are super friendly, and funny! This location has a lot of daily features and drink specials which me and my friends enjoy...Food has always been good, and if there is anything ever wrong or not up to my satisfaction the management and staff make sure it is dealt with so I leave satisfied. Ye's sushi is probably one of the best places in the whole K-W area to get sushi. It is truly a wonderful experience. The service was good, nothing to complain. The atmosphere was not all that good, but all of those dissapointments were made up in the food. The food is phenomenal; there is nothing thats "adequate" about it. We go to the Barley Works on Friday or Saturday nights after nine pm to play trivia. We have samples seveal of their menu offerings and really enjoy the perogies and spinach salad. April is a great bartender and we are never left waiting or wondering if we are being taken care of. Worth the drive to Waterloo if you like a place to sit and play a bit of interactive trivia. So long as you don't mind that it is mostly a student hangout (and we "old fogies" don't mind at all). Read more

Tonight was my sixth visit to Tyrone. I've been there four times for their Tuscan brunch, and this was my second time for supper. It is always a great experience. I can't believe the price of the fixed price meals... previously I paid $35 for five courses at supper, or $25 for five courses at brunch, but tonight was "date night" (every Thursday) so two 4-course meals with a bottle of wine was $70. Tonight they served raw oysters, corn-lamb soup, bouillabaisse, and Tiramisu. It was all perfect. The room is lovely; the chairs are comfortable; the wait staff are very pleasant and attentive. But the main thing is that the food is so well prepared - no matter what they serve, the execution is wonderful. SInce I always eat the fixed price menu, I guess I've eaten 29 courses there, and I haven't been disappointed by one yet. Oh - and the crusty olive bread is incredible. Read more
