I have seen both Dr Balen and Dr Rossman at this clinic at different times and both are very good. Dr Rossman is WONDERFUL! Ladies at front are pleasant. Products like glasses, lenses etc are very overpriced. $50 extra charge for PD measurement if you don't get glasses from them is terrible and leaves a bad overall impression. It feels like I am being manipulated to buy only from them and limits my choices. Not good!
Great staff and Dr.Balen is excellent. Been seeing him and his staff for years. Always has time to talk and explain any questions you have. Staff are very personable and easy to get along with.
I’m new to Dr Balen’s office , every visit I have had went very well . He is very approachable and easy to talk to with an open ear . He takes the time and listens. I trust him to take care and diligence with me and my glaucoma and optical issues . I bought new frames and prescription that instantly changed my vision . Got new prescriptions put in my old frame I purchased from Walmart, to have a spare pair for reading . The reception ladies are always pleasant and eager to help . GO TEAM BALEN
