I never write reviews but I couldn't let this go. My daughter booked a driving test (advanced GDL) today which she had to pay in advance. She called to change the date as our back passenger side window exploded from a rock on the QE2 yesterday. She wanted to change the date until Friday so we could get the window replaced. She was told that she could change the date, but would not be refunded any money and that she would have to pay the full amount again. This made me furious! I thought may
