OUTSTANDING in every important way! ATTITUDE OF STAFF-Family business-staff incredibly polite, proactive, genuinely friendly & caring. I arrived 10 minutes before closing. Moe was serving a 40 something couple. Their needs plus mine were met despite requiring “overtime”. Staff were not “clock watching”.
The couple heard me verbally express my reaction to the great service I received. They happily told me that they have patronized Dynamic Vacuums for 20 years! That is a HUGE testament by itself!
Very nice folks to deal with. Brian was excellent - he talked us through exactly what needed to be repaired, the costs of each thing, and the time it would take. He came across as knowledgable and trustworthy, and we were happy with the work done.
We brought out vacuum in and they were fast to produce a rejuvenated machine, they were professional & know the Dynamic vaccum products inside and out!! Definitely will return as needed! We love our quieter machine!!
