they do not tell you about bed bugs-when they invade your suite they spray it with poulins company-THEY REFUSE TO TREAT THE ENTIRE BUILDING! the owner SHANNOTT HOLDINGS either does not know or does not care!they only care about $. people smoke dope and are loud if you complain they get warned-after2 complaints they get evicted policy-never happens!
my advice? dont hire them ever! and spend more $ to get a place that responds and keeps the bldg clean
they didnt clean the carpets for years!

It’s better to deal with a landlord personally instead of allowing the company to represent them.
My husband & I rented Friday from Mastre for several years & would do so again. Staff are awesome, from move in to lease renewal to maintenance to move out - all handled with efficiency
We have been dealing with this company re our rental property for 10 plus years, and they have been there for us; We reported issues through email and got almost immediate response and action taken as soon as possible.
